I offer primarily two types of sessions:

• Spiritual Healing for those in need of immediate support, restoration, or breakthrough.

• Spiritual Direction for those seeking ongoing companionship on their spiritual journey.

I work with many clients who benefit from a blend of both practices. They engage in regular monthly spiritual direction sessions to deepen their connection with the Divine and gain clarity on their path, and complement this with spiritual healing as needed, creating a powerful synergy for holistic growth and transformation.

 

Spiritual Direction Session

​Purpose:

Spiritual direction is a long-term practice aimed at deepening a person’s relationship with the Divine (God, Spirit, or Higher Power) and helping them discern their spiritual path and life purpose.

​

Process:

• It involves sacred listening, where the spiritual director creates a safe space for the person to explore their relationship with the Divine.

• The director does not offer solutions but instead asks questions, reflects back insights, and helps the individual listen to how the Divine, God or Spirit is moving in their life.

• There is no "healing" being done; instead, it’s about guiding the person to listen to their own inner guidance, intuition and gifts to heal themselves. The power lies in healing oneself. 

• Sessions are one hour in length meeting once a month via Zoom.

Outcomes:

• Greater awareness and intuition of the Divine's presence in daily life.

• Clearer discernment about life’s decisions, spiritual practices, or personal callings.

• A deeper, more conscious spiritual journey over time.

Example:
A session might focus on exploring life events through the lens of spirituality, asking, questions about how the divine is showing up and through you at any given time and how to tap into that intuitive knowing.

Spiritual Healing Session

​

Purpose:

Spiritual healing focuses on restoring balance, well-being, and harmony in a person's life. It addresses emotional, mental, physical, and spiritual wounds or imbalances.

​

Process:

• The healer channels divine energy or works with Spirit to help clear blockages or heal past traumas.

• It may involve hands-on techniques, energy work, prayer, meditation, or ritual.

• The aim is often to bring about emotional release, clarity, physical wellness, or a renewed sense of spiritual alignment.

• Sessions are one hour in length mostly done in person (but can be online) where you lay on a massage table or sit in a chair.

Outcome:

• A sense of peace, relief from emotional or physical pain, and deeper spiritual connection.

• Helps individuals overcome grief, trauma, stress, and anxiety.

• Often results in a noticeable energetic shift, greater vitality, and a feeling of wholeness.

Example:

A session often becomes a sacred space where Spirit guides me to perceive the subtle imbalances—whether in the mind, body, or emotions. Through intuitive insight and the gentle flow of healing energy, we work together to clear these disturbances, allowing the natural harmony of the soul to emerge.

​The other type of service most requested by clients is a ritual or ceremony.
