How to manifest exactly what you want and how.
How to accelerate the prosperity process
In the realm of personal development and self-help, few names are as revered as Louise Hay. Her story is a testament to the power of changing one's thoughts to change one's world. Remarkably, Louise Hay found success at an age when many are considering retirement, becoming a beacon of hope and inspiration for millions around the globe.
Louise Hay's transformative journey began in earnest at the age of sixty. This is when she encountered a life-changing book, The Game of Life and How to Play It by Florence Scovel Shinn. This book, rich with wisdom, had been written decades earlier by Shinn, who herself was mentored by Rev. Richard Lynch in New York. Through this mentorship, Shinn developed a deep understanding of the metaphysical principles that govern our lives.
One of the core teachings of both Shinn and Hay is the idea that our thoughts shape our reality. Hay often spoke about the importance of examining our thoughts and understanding their profound impact on our lives. She would ask, "What are you thinking?" because every moment we harbour thoughts that either build our future or undermine it.
They believed that by changing our thoughts, we could change our world. This concept is rooted in the idea that the universe is responsive to our mental and emotional vibrations. Negative thoughts and beliefs create negative experiences, while positive thoughts attract positive outcomes. This is also being backed up by Quantum Physics.
They taught that we are always thinking, and thus, we always have the opportunity to steer our thoughts towards abundance, love, and success. But how do we cultivate abundant thoughts?
Affirmations: They were both strong proponents of affirmations. These are positive statements that, when repeated regularly, can help reprogram our subconscious mind. For example, saying "I am worthy of abundance" can help shift your mindset from scarcity to abundance.
Gratitude: Practicing gratitude shifts your focus from what you lack to what you have. This simple yet powerful practice can elevate your mood and attract more positive experiences into your life.
Visualisation: Visualising your goals and dreams as already achieved can create a powerful emotional state that attracts those very things into your life.
Mindfulness: Being mindful of your thoughts allows you to catch negative patterns and consciously replace them with positive ones. This can be as simple as noticing a negative thought and choosing to think something positive instead.
Self-love: Louise Hay emphasised the importance of self-love. By treating yourself with kindness and compassion, you reinforce the belief that you deserve good things, which naturally attracts abundance.
In essence, the key is to watch what we think. However, science is also teaching us to also feel into thought thoughts to escalate their manifestations. This is the Sacred Heart Healing work I am currently doing and area I am moving into with my practice and with years of experience in working with others in these realms (plus also studying under the same metaphysics school that Richard Lynch studied at as well and including working with mystical practices in healing around the nexus of the heart).
So, to sum up, remember, every moment you have a thought ask yourself “What am I thinking? Then reflect. Are these thoughts aligning with the life I want to create? Then feel into what it is you want to create and if you really want to accelerate transformation have some spiritual healing.
By consciously choosing to think abundant thoughts and embracing practices like Sacred Heart healing, you harness the power within you to manifest a life of abundance and fulfilment.
Florence Scovel Shinn’s book and Louise Hay's legacy continue to inspire millions, reminding us that it's never too late to transform our lives. Their journey is a powerful example of how changing our thoughts can indeed change our world.
